The order list is available at https://fynode.com/orders and contains basic information such as order number, customer details, status, and amount. If you have active connections to Marketplaces, orders from Marketplaces are also shown with the source indicated. After the first connection only recent days are imported; a back import is possible via the "Load new orders" button up to 1 year into the past.
Where to find the list and import of orders
The order list is available at https://fynode.com/orders. After creating the connection, recent days are imported and a back import via “Load new orders” is possible up to 1 year back. If you do not check the option to load from a specific date, orders from the last approx. 15 minutes will be loaded.
Bulk actions and order detail
They allow selecting multiple orders and performing actions such as "Send to courier" or "Delete". When deleting, a confirmation is shown and an optional checkbox "Delete orders also from the eshop". You open the order detail directly from the list and there you will find the order's transactions, shipment tracking and internal notes including a note for AI tools.
Available filters in the list
The list can be filtered by various criteria including „Invoice“, „Shipment“, „PDF“, „Status“, „Payment type“, „Delivery type“, „Date from“, „Date to“, „Exported“ and search by order number. Filters let you quickly find and process only relevant orders without having to go through the entire list.
How to re-import older orders?
Use the "Load new orders" button above the list. Activate the checkbox "Load new orders from a specific date" and choose a date up to 1 year in the past. If the checkbox is not activated, orders from approximately the last 15 minutes will be loaded.
Are orders from Marketplaces also displayed in the list?
Yes. If you have active integration with Marketplaces, the system also displays orders from Marketplaces and the order number shows the marketplace label, for example "Allegro".
How to delete orders directly in the eshop?
Select orders via multiselect and use the bulk action “Delete”. Before confirmation a dialog will appear with a checkbox “Delete orders also from eshop”, which when activated will delete the orders in the eshop as well.
