Order detail: overview, statuses, customer, amount
You open the order detail directly from the orders list at https://fynode.com/orders and it will appear in a modal window or a detail view with complete order data. There you will find the current status, payment and delivery method, the customer's billing and delivery details, the list of products and the total order amount. Above the detail there is also an option "Show transactions" for an overview of events and a "Track & Trace" button with a link to the customer's public order.
Order detail overview
The detail window contains basic information: order number and date, a list of products with quantities and prices, the total amount, and a breakdown of shipping and payments. Above the data you will find quick-action buttons like „Show transactions“, „Order PDF“, „Synchronize with eshop“ and others that simplify managing the order directly from the detail. The overview allows quick checks before performing bulk actions or sending a shipment.
Customer and order amount
The detail view shows the customer's billing and shipping information including email and phone, which allows quick contact or verification of details before shipment. The total order amount is broken down into products total, delivery and payment fees; these fields are also used in email templates and exports using variables like {order.amount}, {order.products_total} or {order.delivery_type_amount}.
Order statuses and transaction histories
The order detail shows the current order status and the option to change it via a select with statuses loaded from the eshop. The "Show transactions" button opens a table of events (e.g., "Order was sent") with the employee name and time, which facilitates auditing and tracking the order processing. Status changes can be linked to automations (invoice creation, sending email) depending on system settings.
Where can I find the history of status changes for a specific order?
In the order detail click the "Show transactions" button and a table of events will appear including the event name, the employee who performed the action and a timestamp.
How do I download the order PDF or invoices from the detail view?
In the detail use the "Order PDF" button to download the predefined PDF export of the order. If an invoice has been issued for the order and you have a connection to an accounting system, the "Download invoice PDF" button will also be shown.
Can I edit internal notes or add a note for AI in the order details?
Yes. At the bottom of the order detail there is a field "Internal note" for internal data and a field "Note for AI chatbot/mailer", which you can use for communication or automated messages via the system's AI tools.
