Comparison of subscriptions: Manual vs Automat (overview)
Fynode offers two basic Subscriptions — Manual and Automat — each with a different level of automation. Manual provides most functionalities and integrations but requires manual execution of steps (issuing an invoice, sending a shipment, etc.). Automat includes everything from Manual plus full process automation (automatic invoicing, inventory synchronization, payment matching, automatic order status changes, etc.), saving time in operation. Details about Subscription types, pricing and benefits are described in the service documentation.
Basic differences
Manual is an entry Subscription that provides most functions and all available integrations, however many tasks must be performed manually (e.g., issuing an invoice or sending a shipment). Automat contains everything from Manual plus automated processes: invoicing, inventory and price synchronization, payment matching from banks, automatic order status changes and sending emails. Automat is suitable for operations that want to minimize manual work.
Price and payment terms
Two price levels are available: Manual and Automat (available as monthly or annual payments). Annual payment is approximately 20% cheaper than monthly; on the Slovak market only annual subscription is available. The system also offers 7 days free and a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Features included in both Subscriptions
Both Subscriptions provide access to integrations with eshop platforms, invoicing systems, Couriers and Marketplaces, as well as AI features (text generation, translations) and a universal map of pickup points. The service does not charge modules separately — one Subscription covers the whole eshop (unlimited orders and products). This means that basic order management, invoicing and connection options are available in both plans.
Which subscription is suitable for whom
We recommend Manual for smaller operations or those who prefer to perform checks and decisions manually but want centralized connections. We recommend Automat for medium and larger eshops or those who want full process automation (automatic payment matching, synchronizations, sending notifications). A trial period and DEMO account can be used for testing.
What is the main difference between the Subscriptions Manual and Automat?
The main difference is in automation: Manual contains all the main functions but requires manual execution of operations (issuing invoices, sending shipments, etc.), while Automat adds full process automation (automatic invoicing, stock synchronization, payment matching, automatic order status changes).
What about prices and payments?
The service offers monthly and annual payments; the annual payment is roughly 20% cheaper. On the Slovak market only annual Subscription is provided.
Is it possible to try the service before payment?
Yes — we provide 7 days free trial and additionally a 14-day money-back guarantee, so you can try whether Automat or Manual better suits your needs.
