After activating the connection with your eshop, the system will automatically start gradually loading products into Fynode. The process can take from a few minutes to tens of minutes depending on the number of products, and a message will appear above the product list during import. If you need to force an immediate load or refresh of data, there is a "Load all products from eshop" button above the product list to start the import manually.
How to start importing products
To load once or re-download all products, use the “Load all products from eshop” button above the product list. After clicking, the system will start importing items progressively and you will see a message about the ongoing import. This is useful for initial upload or when you need immediate synchronization.
Additional settings and warehouse synchronization
In settings you can choose to match products by product number or EAN, which will affect how items are updated on reimport. If you have a connected warehouse system, the system regularly updates stock status, or you can run a manual import of stock data. For multiple warehouses you can set whether to send the sum of quantities or the maximum value from a single warehouse.
Progress indicators and error management
If an import is in progress, a message about the ongoing import is displayed above the product list. In case of problems the system will display an error message that helps identify, for example, a failed connection to the eshop or data errors. After completion, the current images, prices and stock status should appear in the list.
Where can I find the button to load all products?
The "Load all products from eshop" button is located above the product list on the page https://fynode.com/products. It is used to manually start importing all products from your eshop.
How long does it take to load all products?
Import duration depends on the number of products and current load, usually from a few minutes up to tens of minutes. During import a message appears above the product list informing about the ongoing process.
What happens when products are reloaded?
On reloading the system updates product data including images, prices and stock status according to the set pairing (EAN or product number). Changed items are overwritten so that the list in Fynode displays current information from the eshop.
