Importing orders from marketplaces and processing them in the system
We describe the procedure for importing orders from connected Marketplaces into Fynode and the basic rules for their further processing. Orders can be imported either into the Fynode system or directly into your eshop if the platform supports it. After import you can automate invoice creation, payment matching, stock status synchronization and sending shipment numbers to the marketplace according to supported settings.
Order processing in the system
After import, orders are shown in the list where you can change statuses, issue invoices, match payments, send emails to customers and send orders to Couriers. Bulk actions are also available such as Export, Synchronize, Issue invoices or Send to courier for selected orders, which speeds up bulk processing.
Stock rules and reverse decrements
In the marketplace settings you can enable “Decrease stock in the eshop after importing the order” so that stock in the eshop remains consistent. Synchronization of stock status from the system to the marketplace runs regularly, approximately every 30 minutes if enabled. When integrating with the warehouse system, set matching by product number or EAN and the method of aggregating stock (Maximum value or Sum).
Can I import orders directly into the eshop?
Yes, if a given marketplace and your eshop platform support creating orders directly in the eshop, the option “Import orders directly into the eshop” will appear. This mode is mutually exclusive with import into the system — orders are imported either directly into the eshop, or into the Fynode system, not both at the same time.
How do I automate invoice creation and sending the shipment number to the marketplace?
In the Marketplace connection detail, enable “Create invoice after creating order” if you have an active connection to the accounting system. To send the shipment number or invoice back to the Marketplace, enable the corresponding toggles “Send invoice to Marketplace” and “Send shipment number to Marketplace”, if the Marketplace supports it.
