Filtering orders by status, payment, delivery type and date
In the order list at https://fynode.com/orders you have a set of filters for quick searching and sorting orders as needed. Basic filters include "Status", "Payment type", "Delivery type" and the date fields "Date from" and "Date to". Options in the selects (statuses, payment types and delivery types) are loaded from your eshop and you can edit them in the sequences of the system.
Basic filters and their meaning
In the order list the main filters are: „Status“ (select with statuses from the eshop), „Payment type“ and „Delivery type“ (both selects with values from the eshop) and the date fields „Date from“ and „Date to“. These filters allow you to display only orders in a specific status or with a specific payment or delivery method. Values in the selects are taken from your eshop and can be changed in the sequences of the system if you need different naming or status colors.
Sequences and value mapping
If you need to edit status names, payment types, or delivery types, use the Sequences section in the eshop settings. There you can add custom statuses, change names, or mark which values exist directly in the eshop. Correct mapping ensures that filtering and automations, for example creating invoices at a specific status, will work correctly.
Using date filters
The "Date from" and "Date to" fields are used to limit results by order creation date. Combine date filters with statuses or payment type to find, for example, unpaid orders from a specific period. Filters are easy to use via the datepicker and are available directly above the order list.
How do I find all orders with a specific order status?
In the orders list open the "Status" filter and choose the desired status from the select. The select uses the list of statuses loaded from your eshop, so if you don't see a status, check the sequences in the eshop settings.
Can I filter orders by payment and by date at the same time?
Yes. Combine the „Payment type“ filter with the fields „Date from“ and „Date to“ to limit results to orders with a specific payment method in the selected time interval. Payment types are taken from the eshop and are shown in the filter select.
Why doesn't the expected option appear in the delivery type select?
The delivery type select shows the values provided by the eshop. If the required type is missing, add or edit it in Sequences in the eshop settings section. This ensures correct courier assignment and proper filtering in the orders list.
