List of email templates: management and overview of events
The templates page is located at https://fynode.com/emails and contains a list of all email templates the user has created. The list shows basic details like the template name, event, creation date and quick actions to edit or delete.
Where to find the list of templates
The list is available at https://fynode.com/emails and displays the template name, assigned event, creation date and other basic information. Above the list there is a button to activate SMTP for sending mails. Each item in the list contains buttons to edit and delete.
SMTP setup
Clicking “Activate SMTP” opens a panel with settings such as SMTP host, Email, Password, Connection security (TLS or SSL), Port, Sender name, reply-to and the option to upload a logo. After saving the system will test the connection and display a success or error message depending on the test result. The port will be filled automatically according to the chosen security if left empty.
Actions available in the list
For each template there are “Edit” and “Delete” buttons. Clicking “Edit” opens a form identical to the one when creating a template, but with prefilled values. Templates set as “No event” can be sent manually, for example from the order detail in the order list.
Sending rules and attachments
In the template settings you specify the event that triggers the email, any sending delay in hours, and filters such as payment type or delivery type. You can add PDF attachments up to 5 MB and enable attaching the PDF invoice if a classic invoice is issued in the billing system. The template also allows setting a hidden copy (bcc) and excluding specific order sources so the email is not sent, for example, for Marketplaces.

Click the "Activate SMTP" button at the top of the templates page and fill in the fields SMTP host, Email, Password, Connection security, Port, Sender name and reply-to. After clicking Save the system will test the connection and display the result.
In the template settings use the fields "Do not send for specific order sources" and select the sources for which you do not want the email sent. This setting does not apply to templates with the event "No event".
Template management allows quick editing, deletion and SMTP activation for reliable sending. Manual sending of a template is possible, for example, directly from the order detail in the orders list.
