How to edit connection login credentials for the eshop
On the Eshop page in administration you can easily edit login or API credentials for an existing connection. By clicking the icon of an already activated eshop you open the connection details, where there is an "Edit" button. Enter the new credentials and confirm saving — the system will then verify the connection. If verification fails, an error message will appear and you can enter API credentials manually.
Where to find the setting
Open the Eshop section (https://fynode.com/eshop) and click the icon of the activated eshop; in the detail view there is an 'Edit' button to change login or API credentials.
If automatic verification fails
If login fails (e.g. due to 2FA or access restrictions), the system will offer manual fields for API credentials. Fill them according to your platform's documentation and try activation again. This procedure resolves most connection failures.
Procedure for editing data
Click Edit -> enter new credentials (email/password or API url/login/key depending on the platform) -> click Save/Activate. The system will automatically verify the connection and on success will reload the page and keep the connection active.
In the Eshop section click the icon of the connected eshop, in the detail press Edit, enter the new data and click Save/Activate. The system will verify the connection and apply the changes upon success.
Depending on the platform you can edit the login email and password or API credentials (API url, API login, API key/secret). Exact fields depend on the specific platform.
Check the correctness of the data in the eshop administration, optionally generate new API keys and repeat the activation. If the problem persists, send the error message to support.
