How to edit courier login credentials
In this short guide we explain how to change login or API credentials for an already active courier connection in Fynode. The modification is done in the Couriers section where you click the icon of the specific courier and use the "Edit" button, then enter the new credentials and click "Save". After saving, the system verifies the connection and, in case of an error, displays a message that helps you identify the problem.
Step 1: Open the Couriers section
Go to https://fynode.com/couriers where you will see a list of available couriers with their icons. Click the icon of the courier whose data you want to edit to open a window with details and current access credentials.
Step 3: Profiles, changing data for a specific profile
If you have multiple configuration profiles for one courier, you can add a new profile or edit an existing one. After creating a profile a "Change login credentials" button will appear next to its name, allowing you to enter different login credentials for that profile and, for example, send under a different sender.
Step 2: Edit login credentials
In the courier detail press the “Edit” button, enter new API keys, username, password or other required fields according to the courier and then click “Save”. The system will attempt to log in to the courier and if the data is correct the connection will remain active; otherwise an error message will be displayed.

Check the accuracy of the entered data and whether you have active API access from the courier. An error message will appear in the courier's details; use it when correcting data or when contacting technical support.
Yes, for a single courier you can create multiple settings profiles. After creating another profile, use the "Change login credentials" button on that profile if you want to enter different login credentials or sender.
After successful save the courier settings are updated and you can continue sending shipments. If you use multiple profiles for one courier, make sure to check which profile is the default and edit the login credentials for the correct profile, or contact support if an error message repeatedly appears.
