How to download the order PDF
You download the order PDF directly from the orders list in the Fynode administration. Each order has a “Order PDF” button that downloads the predefined system export to PDF; if the PDF has not yet been downloaded, the button is highlighted in green. For bulk download, select multiple orders and use the “Order PDFs” action, where you can choose to download as separate files in a ZIP or merge into a single PDF according to available options.
Individual PDF download
In the orders list click the "Order PDF" button for a specific order. The system will return the predefined PDF export of that order and the file will be downloaded to the computer. If the button is green, it means the PDF has not yet been downloaded and is ready for download.
Viewing PDF in the browser
If you prefer the PDF not to be saved automatically, you can enable “Show PDF in browser” in Settings. When turned on, the PDF opens directly in the browser instead of being downloaded immediately, which speeds up document review without saving locally.
Bulk download of PDFs
Select multiple orders using the multiselect and choose the action “Order PDFs”. A dialog opens with a confirmation option; the result is a ZIP with individual PDFs or (if the option is active) a single merged PDF file. This process is suitable when exporting a larger number of orders at once.
Green coloring indicates that the PDF for the order has not yet been downloaded and is ready to download using the "Order PDF" button.
Select the desired orders via multiselect and run the bulk action "PDF of orders". In the dialog confirm the action; the system will generate a ZIP with separate PDFs or (if you choose) a single merged PDF file.
Yes. Enable the "Show PDF in browser" toggle in Settings and the PDF will open directly in the browser when clicked instead of downloading automatically.
If you want the PDF to open in the browser instead of being downloaded, check the "Display PDF in browser" setting in Settings. For download problems check the order synchronization or connection to the accounting system if it concerns an invoice.
