How to delete a file and restrictions of system files
Instructions for deleting a file in the Storage section and an overview of restrictions for system files. The Storage section contains your uploaded files as well as system files; deletion is performed via the “Delete” button for the specific file in the list.
Where to find the delete button
Go to the Storage section (https://fynode.com/files). In the file list, you will find a “Delete” button on each row. Clicking it will delete the file from the system.
System file restrictions
System files are marked in the list and cannot be edited or deleted through the admin interface. The “Edit” or “Delete” button for these files is not active.
File deletion procedure
1) Find the file in the list (using the Name or Category filter). 2) In the file row click “Delete”. 3) Confirm any confirmation dialog (if shown). After confirmation the file will be removed from the list.
