Bulk actions on products
In the product list you can mark any items and perform bulk actions for quick catalog management. The most commonly used bulk actions are "AI task" to run AI operations on selected products and "Delete" to remove unnecessary records, as described in the Fynode documentation.
Overview of bulk actions
In the product list there are bulk actions "AI task" and "Delete". You select products, choose the action and a dialog with the action settings opens. For deletion, products are removed from the list in Fynode, however products will still come from the eshop on the next import if they remain there.
Bulk deletion of products
When bulk deleting, select products and choose the action "Delete". The system will remove the items from the list in Fynode. If the product still exists in the eshop, it may be imported again on the next import, so make sure you want to permanently remove the product from management in Fynode.
Bulk action "AI task"
If you start a bulk AI task, a window will appear to select the specific AI function and set the input, for example which product data should be used (name, parameters, short or long description). After creation an AI task with the chosen items is generated, which you can find in the AI tasks list and then run, edit, export, save to the eshop or delete.
Select the desired products in the list, choose the bulk action “AI task”, select the specific AI function and fill in the input settings (for example “Product name” or “Long description”). After confirmation an AI task will be created, which you can find in the AI tasks section and run or edit.
The bulk action "Delete" removes products from the list in Fynode. If the product remains in the original eshop, it can be re-imported on the next import. Therefore, to remove it completely you must edit the data directly in the eshop.
In the AI task details you can start items for processing, bulk edit inputs or outputs, export results to Excel, save generated data back to the eshop or delete the task or items. These options are described in the AI tasks section.
