Bulk actions on invoices: download, delete
In Fynode you can manage multiple invoices at once using bulk actions directly in the invoice list. The function allows one-time downloading of PDF files for selected invoices or their deletion, and when deleting you can also choose to remove them in the linked accounting system. Bulk actions speed up work when accounting and archiving documents.
Where to find bulk actions
Bulk actions are available in the invoice list, where you can select any filtered items and run an action. The list by default includes the actions "Download PDF" and "Delete", which work for the selected invoices.
Bulk deletion of invoices
Select invoices and choose the bulk action "Delete". The dialog contains a checkbox "Delete invoices also from the accounting system", which when activated will remove documents in the linked accounting system provided that the connection supports deletion. Before bulk deletion verify whether you need to retain invoices for accounting, as recovery may not be possible.
Bulk download of PDFs
After selecting invoices choose the bulk action "Download PDF" and the system will prepare files for download. In the confirmation dialog there is a checkbox "Merge into one pdf file"; if you enable it the system will generate one combined PDF instead of a ZIP archive with multiple files. This procedure is the same when downloading invoices from order details via orders bulk actions.
When running the bulk action "Download PDF", check the "Merge into a single PDF file" checkbox in the confirmation window. If active, the system will generate one combined PDF file instead of a ZIP archive with multiple PDFs.
Yes. The bulk delete dialog includes a checkbox “Delete invoices also from the accounting system”. If you check it and the integration supports this operation, the invoices will also be removed in the external accounting system.
Verify whether invoices are required for accounting and whether you have the necessary permissions in the connected accounting system. After deleting invoices in the external system their recovery may be difficult or impossible, so proceed cautiously.
