Allowed file formats and size limits
Overview of supported file types and size limits is in the Storage section. In Storage you can upload common documents; the system automatically checks format and size on upload. Supported formats and maximum sizes are described in the Storage documentation.
Supported file formats
Storage accepts the most common document formats: pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, xml, csv and txt. These formats are intended for documents, spreadsheets and text data that you most often need to attach or make available in the system.
System restrictions and best practices
System files are protected and cannot be edited or deleted via the interface. When uploading, use unique names and categories to make searching easier. For regular updates, use the option to upload a file from a URL which downloads an external file several times a day.
File size limit
The maximum allowed size of a single file is 10 MB. When attempting to upload a larger file the system will block the upload and display an error message. If you need to work with larger files, consider splitting the document or sharing via an external link.
Supported formats are pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, xml, csv, and txt. The system verifies the file extension on upload and accepts only these types.
The system will block the upload and display an error message. It is recommended to reduce, compress, or split the file into smaller parts. Alternatively, store the file externally and add it to the Storage via URL if the platform supports it.
By default no, the limit and supported formats are fixed. If you need a different configuration, contact technical support to evaluate possible solutions. System files are not changed through the interface.
