Fynode provides a set of system AI features intended to improve and supplement product data including generating names, descriptions, parameters, SEO fields and translations. You can call the features individually in the product detail or in bulk via the product list by creating an AI task and running it. List of basic AI functions
The system includes predefined functions such as “Generates product name based on EAN”, “Generates short product description based on EAN”, “Generates long product description based on EAN” and similar variations for data obtained from product information. There are also functions for generating SEO (meta) titles and descriptions and for creating product parameters. The full list of system AI functions is available in the AI functions section in the administration.
How to call AI functions in bulk
In the product list you select items and choose the bulk action "AI task", where you select a specific AI function and the input setting (for example Product Name or Long Description). This creates an AI task with individual items that you can find in the AI tasks section, where you can run it, edit it, export it or save the results to the eshop. This workflow allows processing a larger number of products efficiently and clearly.
Translations and saving into localizations
The function “Translates text based on the chosen language” is used for automatic translations of titles, descriptions and SEO fields between localizations. For multiple localizations it is recommended to first save the generated primary data into the main localization and only then run translations into other languages. Translation and generation results can be saved directly into products or into meta data if the eshop does not directly support those fields.
Which AI functions are available for products?
The system offers functions to generate the name, short and long description, product parameters, SEO (meta) title and SEO (meta) description, and translations according to the selected language. The full list of system AI functions can be found in the AI functions section.
Do all eshop platforms support generating product parameters?
Not all platforms store parameters or SEO fields directly; if the eshop does not support specific fields, the system stores generated values in meta data if the platform allows it. Check your platform’s support in the connection settings.
How to proceed when generating and translating so that results are consistent?
Recommended procedure is: 1) generate and save the name to the main localization, 2) generate the short and long description, 3) generate the SEO title and SEO description, 4) run translations to the other localizations. This procedure reduces synchronization errors and eases subsequent bulk operations.
