Couriers section contains a list of available and active courier connections at https://fynode.com/couriers. From there you can activate a new courier, edit login credentials or delete an existing connection. In the courier detail you will see all settings and profiles supported by that courier, including options for labels and additional services.
Overview of the list and activation of the courier
On the Couriers page you see icons of supported couriers and their status. By clicking the selected icon you open the activation form where you enter the required API or login details and click “Save” or “Activate”. If the details are correct, the system verifies the connection and displays the courier settings in detail.
Delivery settings and shipment processing
In the courier settings you specify the delivery types the system will assign to orders by default, mark payments considered cash-on-delivery, and set order statuses after dispatch, delivery or return of the shipment. You can also define the default packaging, minimum weight and rounding rules for cash-on-delivery. After shipment dispatch the system will automatically download labels (if enabled) and change order statuses in the system according to the settings.
Courier profiles and changing login credentials
For a single courier you can create multiple settings profiles (different sender accounts, additional services or different parameters). Each profile has its own settings and for each profile you will find the "Change login credentials" button to enter different API data or sender. You can add, edit or delete profiles as needed.
Labels archive and global settings
Under the courier list you will find an archive of labels with the option to download back for the last 7 days, which helps with retrospective checks or delayed processing of labels by the courier. In global settings you can choose the default courier profile for parcel breakdown and set a global minimum weight, while the profile minimum weight takes precedence over the global value.
How do I add or activate a new courier?
Go to the Couriers section at https://fynode.com/couriers, click the icon of the desired courier, fill in the required API or login credentials and click “Activate” or “Save”. The system will verify the connection and on success display the courier settings in detail.
How do I create multiple profiles for a single courier?
In the Courier detail click the "Add setting" button to create a new profile; for each profile you can set specific delivery types, additional services, minimum weight and a name. After saving, the profile will also show the "Change login credentials" option for sending under a different sender or account.
Where can I find downloaded labels and how long are they available?
Labels are available in the archive under courier icons and the system stores labels for a maximum of 7 days. If a courier processes labels later, you can find them in this archive and download or print them again from the Couriers interface.
