You set up the warehouse connection on the page https://fynode.com/storage, where you can see the list of supported warehouse systems and a button to activate a specific connection. The activation process includes entering credentials into a dialog, verifying the connection and then displaying settings for that warehouse, with the whole procedure and available systems described in the documentation.
Step 1 — selecting and activating the warehouse
On the Warehouse page, select the icon of the system you want to connect, click it and fill in the required access credentials. After clicking the “Activate” button the system will verify the connection and, on success, create the link and refresh the page. You can have only one active warehouse connection.
Step 3 — pairing settings and status values
In the warehouse settings choose the product matching method (by product number or by EAN) and define whether the eshop should receive the maximum value from one warehouse or the sum of quantities from multiple warehouses. These options will affect how stock levels are updated and how many items are shown as available.
Step 2 — loading and automatic synchronization
After activation use the "Load data" button for immediate loading of inventory data, or wait for automatic loads which occur several times a day, approximately every 8 hours. This will load product quantities and supplementary information from the warehouse.
Where can I find the warehouse connection settings in Fynode?
Activate the integration on the page https://fynode.com/storage, where you select the specific warehouse system, fill in the required data and click “Activate”. The system will check the connection and activate the integration on success.
How often are stock levels updated from the warehouse to the eshop?
After activation the data are loaded automatically several times a day, approximately every 8 hours. For immediate synchronization you can click the "Load data" button.
What do I need to prepare for specific systems like Money S3, ONIX or mPohoda?
After activation the system requires different data depending on the platform: Money S3 and Oberon may use FTP credentials, ONIX needs a URL, API key and database path, mPohoda requires login credentials and possible warehouse codes. Exact fields will appear when selecting the specific system.
