Activation of the connection to the eshop

You activate the eshop connection in the Eshop section of the administration, where you select the platform and enter the required login or API credentials. After clicking Activate the system will attempt to log in to your eshop administration and verify the connection; on success the connection is created and the page refreshes. This step is necessary for Fynode to import products, orders and sequences from your eshop.

Where to activate the connection

Open the Eshop section at https://fynode.com/eshop, where you will see a list of supported platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify, Prestashop, etc.). Click the icon of the platform you use to open the activation form for the connection.

If automatic login fails (manual mode)

If the system cannot log in automatically (e.g. due to blocked access), fields for manual entry of the API url, API login and API key will appear — you obtain these values in your platform administration and after filling them in click Activate again. This fallback ensures integration even with limited access to the administration.

Basic activation procedure

Fill in the required details (internal name, login email and password or API credentials depending on the platform) and click the Activate button. The system will attempt to log in to the eshop administration and verify the connection — if the credentials are correct, the connection will be created and the page will reload.

What happens after activation

After successful activation the system will start loading data from the eshop: products, categories, order statuses, payment and delivery types. Data imports synchronize continuously and some parts (e.g., products) may appear only after several minutes or tens of minutes depending on the volume of data.

Where can I find the form to activate the eshop?

The form is in the Eshop section (https://fynode.com/eshop) — click the icon of the platform you use and a window will open to enter login or API credentials.

What to enter if the system cannot log in automatically?

In that case use manual mode — enter the API url, API login and API key that you generate in the administration of your platform, and click Activate. The system will then reverify the connection.

How long does data loading take after activation?

Loading products, categories and other data may take several minutes to tens of minutes depending on the amount of data; after completion the changes will appear in the Fynode administration.

If automatic login fails, the system will offer fields for manually entering the API url, API login and API key — you obtain these details in your platform administration and then click Activate again. After successful activation check the eshop settings and data loading (products, order statuses) to ensure everything is synchronized correctly.
